Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
Big Dawg Movers uses information about website visitors and customers to respond to inquiries, arrange services, manage jobs and measure advertising. This policy explains those uses and how to contact us about your information.
Information you provide
Our estimate form asks for your name, email address, phone number, type of service and current address. You may also provide a destination address, preferred moving date and notes about your move or special items.
If you contact us or book a service, we also receive the information in your messages and the details needed for your estimate, job and payment records. Please avoid including payment card numbers or other sensitive information in the estimate form or general messages.
How we use information
We use your contact and moving details to respond to your request, prepare estimates, coordinate services and communicate about your job. We use job and payment records to manage the work and billing. We also use website and advertising information to understand how people find us and which advertisements lead to inquiries.
We may offer promotional email or text updates in the future. Any signup for those messages will be presented separately from an estimate request and will explain how to stop receiving them. Requesting an estimate does not by itself sign you up for promotional messages.
Website providers and service records
Our website and estimate form are hosted by Wix. Form submissions are stored in Wix and can generate notifications for the people managing our inquiries. Wix processes information to operate the website and form.
We use Kickserv for estimates, job records and invoicing, and Stripe for card payments. The website estimate form itself does not collect payment. Information you provide during booking and payment is processed through the tools used for those services.
We use Wix spam protection and Google reCAPTCHA to help identify automated or abusive form activity. These services may analyze technical information and activity associated with a visit or submission. Google explains its practices in its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Wix and Google services used on this site may collect information such as your IP address, the page you visit, browser or device information, cookies and interactions with the site. Cookies are small files stored by your browser.
We use Google Ads conversion measurement to understand whether our advertisements lead to inquiries. Our website is configured to share available contact information from an inquiry, which may include an email address, phone number, name and address, with Google for advertising measurement and matching. This sharing helps connect an inquiry with an advertising interaction.
You can learn more about Google's practices in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Google's ad settings let you manage ad personalization, and your browser may let you remove or block cookies. These controls do not necessarily stop all advertising measurement. Blocking or deleting cookies alone may not stop the sharing of contact information from inquiry forms described above.
How long information is kept
We retain inquiry and customer information in the business systems we use to manage estimates, moving services and related business records. Contact us using the details below with questions about information we hold or to request its deletion.
Questions and requests
For questions about this policy or to request access to, correction of or deletion of information you provided to us, email bigdawgmoversinfo@gmail.com or call (803) 693-5823.
Please describe your request and the contact details you used with us. Do not send payment card numbers or sensitive identity documents in an ordinary email.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
